Admission → English Exemption Countries
Non-US and Puerto Rican graduate applicants can be exempted from submitting IELTS (International English Language Testing System), MELAB (Michigan English Language) or TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) scores if they are citizens of one of these countries or have transcripts showing at least one year of enrollment as a full-time student at a college or university in one of them, within a year before applying to UF:
